Job summary

Canon Business Services ANZ is seeking an End User Services Engineer NSW to deliver responsive IT support across remote and client environments from the Macquarie Park office with site visits to CBD, Kingsgrove and Pyrmont. You will manage incidents, assist with Intune deployments and Microsoft 365 administration, delivering professional, customer‑centric support while expanding your technical expertise.

Qualifications

Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support within a corporate/Managed Services environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
Experience with Microsoft Intune endpoint management, device enrolment and policy administration.
Windows 11 deployment, configuration, and support.
Understanding of Azure Active Directory and identity management principles.

Responsibilities

Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support remotely and onsite.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Exchange Online, Intune and endpoint issues.
Manage incidents and service requests through resolution within SLAs.
Support device lifecycle activities including provisioning and deployments.
Assist with technology rollouts and major incident support.
Develop and maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and self-service.
