Kardex AutoStore is seeking a motivated Software Project Manager to join our Sydney or Kuala Lumpur team. You will lead WMS-centered projects, collaborate with the WES product center, and guide clients through workshops to define deliverables and achieve signoff.

You will drive software lifecycle processes, coordinate with project managers, and provide technical leadership to development teams while supporting deployments and post-implementation tasks. Some travel within APAC is expected.

Competenze

• 3+ years in software management with WMS/intralogistics automation experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to lead workshops and drive stakeholder consensus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or deployments.

Mansioni

• Serve as local expert on WMS and intralogistics automation technologies.
• Collaborate with WMS product center to understand capabilities and integration needs.
• Lead customer workshops to gather requirements and achieve signoff.
• Act as primary liaison for software and IT topics between internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with project managers to align software deliverables with timelines.
• Provide technical leadership to software development teams, ensuring quality standards.
• Address software issues, propose effective solutions, support deployment and post-implementation.
