Job summary

Kardex AutoStore seeks a Software Project Manager to lead software delivery for WMS and intralogistics projects from Sydney or Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with the WMS product center, clients and internal teams to define scope, gather requirements in workshops and drive deliverables to sign-off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software management experience with WMS and intralogistics automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local expert on WMS and intralogistics tech.
• Lead customer workshops to gather requirements and sign-off.
• Act as single point of contact for software and IT topics.
• Collaborate with project managers to align deliverables with timelines.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Support testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Document configurations, specs and user guides.
• Travel 20–30% to project sites in APAC.
