Job summary

Australian Internships Pty Ltd in Milton, QLD, is seeking an Internship Program Supervisor to oversee the delivery and coordination of our internship programs, ensuring strong support for interns and collaboration with educational institutions and agencies.

You will handle applications, onboarding, visa documentation, and ongoing mentoring, maintain accurate records, and produce reports on outcomes to drive continuous improvement and positive learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in education, business, human resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in student services, programme management, or a similar educational support role, ideally within internship or graduate recruitment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and coordination of internship program operations, including intern recruitment and onboarding.
• Conduct regular check-ins with interns to ensure positive experiences and address issues.
• Coordinate collection of admission documentation (forms, transcripts, CVs, evidence).
• Assess documentation against eligibility requirements and support applicants to complete submissions.
• Coordinate visa-related documentation and checklists.
• Provide administrative support throughout admission and visa processes, including deadlines tracking.
• Manage scheduling, compliance tracking, and reporting on program outcomes and metrics.
• Maintain confidential visa and participant records and produce regular performance reports.
