Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
Hold or be willing to obtain TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with employers to secure internship placements.
Manage and strengthen partnerships with host organisations.
Represent the institute at industry forums, networking events, university open days, and employer engagement activities.
Promote programs and identify new partnership opportunities.
Assess, interview, and shortlist candidates for internship placements.
Match candidates with suitable host organisations.
Deliver internship briefing sessions and guide participants through placement expectations.
Work with internal teams and external partners to support smooth program delivery.
Conduct workplace visits to support interns and host companies.
Monitor internship progress and resolve issues when required.
Coach participants in employability and workplace skills.
Support resume development, interview preparation, professional communication, and job search strategies.
Participate in occasional Saturday work and evening industry events.
