  • Match candidates with suitable host organisations.
  • Deliver internship briefing sessions and guide participants through placement expectations.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to support smooth program delivery.
  • Conduct workplace visits to support interns and host companies.
  • Monitor internship progress and resolve issues when required.
  • Coach participants in employability and workplace skills.
  • Support resume development, interview preparation, professional communication, and job search strategies.
  • Participate in occasional Saturday work and evening industry events.
