ABN Group is seeking a Trades Workforce Manager to lead onboarding, relocation and settlement for overseas tradespeople, primarily from the Philippines, ensuring successful integration into work and local life.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive compliance and operational excellence while coaching a team and shaping workforce strategies that support ABN Group values and growth in Western Australia.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating international relocation and visa processes for tradespeople.
Strong leadership with mentoring and team development.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams.
Analytical, process-driven with focus on compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, relocation and settlement programs for overseas-recruited tradespeople.
Oversee accommodation sourcing and ongoing employee support to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain records and case management while ensuring privacy and migration obligations.
Partner with internal leaders and external service providers to coordinate support and reporting.
Provide leadership, coaching and development to direct reports and drive workforce planning.
