ABN Group in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our Residential Building team. Reporting to the Building Manager, you will lead a team of Site Managers, drive safety, quality and productivity, and ensure homes are delivered on time with a superior customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role balances people management with operational and commercial performance, working closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers to manage timelines, costs

Qualifications

5+ years in Construction Manager or Area Manager roles.
Experience leading Site Managers and coordinating multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Site Managers to achieve operational targets.
Drive onsite productivity and build programs to keep projects moving.
Provide visible safety leadership and enforce safety requirements on site.
Monitor quality and ensure issues are identified and resolved across sites.
Oversee handover processes to ensure ABN Group quality standards.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
