ABN Group is seeking a Trades Workforce Manager to lead the onboarding, relocation and settlement journey for overseas-recruited tradespeople, chiefly from the Philippines. You will drive how newcomers integrate at work and in the local community, ensuring a positive start and ongoing engagement.

You will design and oversee onboarding, visa coordination, accommodation support and settlement services, while partnering with internal leaders and external providers to deliver compliant, high-quality

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Onboarding & Integration: develop onboarding, visas, relocation and settlement programs for overseas-recruited tradespeople.
• Employee Support & Accommodation Services: oversee accommodation sourcing and ongoing support for a positive employee experience.
• Drive Compliance & Operational Excellence: maintain records, case management and ensure privacy and migration obligations.
• Build Stakeholder Relationships & Provide Strategic Support: partner with internal leaders and external providers to coordinate support services and provide insights to senior management.
