Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, freight forwarding, or international logistics.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client by building long‑term relationships.
• Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using our systems to ensure smooth order-to-delivery flow.
• Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports for accuracy.
• Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and share insights with Sales and Account Management.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support a high‑performing culture.
