Job summary

Crown Equipment is seeking a proactive National & International Account Fleet Support Manager to lead strategic fleet support for national and international accounts, ensuring service commitments, performance and customer outcomes are achieved and exceeded.

You will lead the Fleet Support Team, coach staff, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across regions to deliver value and drive revenue from Crown's products and services portfolio across Australia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service teams and key accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident with data analysis and fleet/maintenance metrics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage KPIs and service outcomes for national and international accounts.
• Be primary contact for aftermarket issues across channels.
• Lead Fleet Support Team activities and allocate resources.
• Analyze fleet data, cost-per-hour, utilization and maintenance trends.
• Conduct Fleet Business Reviews and prepare executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Aftermarket, Service and Parts to develop value-added programs.
