John Crane Oceania is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Representative to provide technical and commercial support to customers and internal teams across the Oceania product and service portfolio.

You will review enquiries, prepare quotations, and translate customer requirements into reliable solutions, while guiding product selection and driving profitable sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Experience with ERP/CRM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Essential: Trade qualification or degree in mechanical/related field.
• Essential: Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem solving capability.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and commercial support for John Crane products and services.
• Review customer enquiries, technical specs, drawings and operating conditions to recommend solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Interpret customer requirements and ensure solutions meet performance and reliability objectives.
• Provide product selection and application guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare pricing and commercial offers per guidelines and profitability objectives.
• Follow up quotations to maximize conversion and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Support contract and tender reviews from technical and commercial perspective.
• Assist in achieving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling.
