Vulcan in Bathurst, Australia, is seeking a sales leadership professional to guide and develop a small internal sales team while supporting the external sales function. You will apply commercial acumen to grow revenue, establish KPIs, coach staff, and lead trading skills to deliver market‑leading service.

Reporting to the Site Leader, you will collaborate across product, markets and customer segments, optimise processes for efficiency, and use data to inform reports on sales activities.

• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring a small internal sales team and at the same time supporting the external sales team.

• Lead the internal sales function in executing trading skills to deliver market-leading customer service.


• Building competency across multiple business divisions, including product, markets and customer segments


• Optimise internal processes to boost operational efficiency and improve the customer experience.


• Work collaboratively across the wider business to align with broader Vulcan objectives.


• Ability to leverage data to develop reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance.


• Demonstrated success in a sales and/or customer service leadership role.


• Proven ability to define KPIs, coach team members, and foster motivation.
