Job summary

dormakaba National Sales Administrator role supporting the Customer Experience division in Australia. You will manage sales-related tasks, coordinate customer enquiries, and help maintain accurate records to enable smooth sales operations and support our national team.

Key duties include managing the National Sales inbox, handling credits/returns/warranties, preparing quotation‑verification reports, and aligning with internal teams for timely information flow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, administration or customer service.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to manage sales order processing, reporting and general coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with solid MS Office skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing the National Sales inbox and responding to enquiries promptly.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including credits, returns and warranties.
• Preparing reports to verify sales quotation figures for each state.
• Supporting internal teams by coordinating information and ensuring timely communication.
