Rexel Bendigo is seeking an energetic Internal Sales team member to join our supportive branch. You’ll work with customers, suppliers and the branch team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales growth from enquiry through to delivery.

You will be confident communicating by phone, email and in person, build long‑term relationships and contribute to a busy, target‑driven environment while developing product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade counter sales is preferred.
• Confident communicator across phone, email and in person.
• Able to prepare accurate, competitive quotes.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing orders.
• Willing to learn about electrical products.

Rexel Bendigo is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Internal Sales team member to join our branch following an internal promotion.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a successful team and build your career with one of Australia’s leading electrical wholesalers. You will work closely with our customers, suppliers and branch team to provide exceptional service, support sales growth and ensure customer orders are managed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.

A typical day will involve

• Providing friendly and professional customer service to electrical trades, businesses and commercial customers
• Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
• Preparing accurate and competitive quotes
• Following up quotes and identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
• Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers
• Supporting the external sales team and working collaboratively with the wider branch

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer‑focused and motivated to develop a career in sales.

You Will Be

• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email and in person
• A strong relationship builder with a genuine focus on customer service
• Proactive, responsive and committed to following through on customer requirements
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a busy branch environment
• Detail‑oriented, particularly when preparing quotes and processing orders
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn about our products and the electrical industry
• Positive, professional and committed to developing your skills

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, account management, retail, trade counter sales or electrical wholesale would be advantageous. However, we are also open to applicants from other sales or customer‑focused backgrounds who have the right attitude and are willing to learn.
