Rexel Bendigo is seeking an Internal Sales team member to join our branch after an internal promotion. You will engage with customers, suppliers and the branch to support sales growth and ensure orders are processed efficiently from enquiry to delivery.

Rexel Bendigo is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our branch following an internal promotion.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a successful team and build your career with one of Australia’s leading electrical wholesalers. You will work closely with our customers, suppliers and branch team to provide exceptional service, support sales growth and ensure customer orders are managed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.

A typical day will involve

• Providing friendly and professional customer service to electrical trades, businesses and commercial customers
• Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
• Preparing accurate and competitive quotes
• Following up quotes and identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Supporting the external sales team and working collaboratively with the wider branch

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused and motivated to develop a career in sales.

You will be:

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, account management, retail, trade counter sales or electrical wholesale would be advantageous. However, we are also open to applicants from other sales or customer-focused backgrounds who have the right attitude and are willing to learn.
