Job summary

Ceilings by Design in Sydney is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to manage inbound enquiries from builders, contractors and project managers. You will convert inquiries into accurate quotes and ensure orders are tracked through to delivery.

This permanent, full-time role offers a base of 65k–75k AUD plus Super and comprehensive product training. Monday to Friday, no weekends, with clear career development in commercial building materials.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle inbound trade enquiries and quote delivery.
• Experience with building materials or construction trades is a bonus.
• Strong numerical skills and precise quoting.
• Reliable, organised, and proactive in follow-up.

Responsibilities

A team that takes pride in getting it right. **About the Role** As Ceilings by Design's new Internal Sales Representative, you'll join the internal sales team and run inbound trade enquiries from first contact through to accurate quote delivery and order management. You'll work directly with builders, contractors and project managers who depend on your accuracy and reliability to keep their projects on track. No cold calling. No trade tools required.
