Job summary

Ceilings by Design is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Morningside to manage an inbound trade enquiry pipeline from first contact through to quote delivery. The role involves building product knowledge and relationships with repeat clients, with full training provided and no cold calling.

Monday to Friday, with structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship. You will join a stable, established team in a purpose-built facility, ensuring accurate quotes and timely delivery coordination

Qualifications

• Background in construction, building materials or trade supply preferred; genuine interest in the industry will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound trade enquiries from builders, contractors, project managers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate project quotes and pricing using estimating software.
• Process sales orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Support external sales representatives with quote preparation and customer follow-up.
