Core Talent in Australia is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Inala to build strong customer relationships, support sales activity, and help drive growth. You will work with a small team and interface with external sales and production to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Experience in steel, manufacturing, construction or industrial sector is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers and generate new business opportunities via outbound calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate customer information.
• Ensure purchase orders are actioned promptly.
• Liaise with the production team to ensure products are supplied correctly and dispatched on time.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
