Motion Australia is seeking an Internal Sales team member to act as the vital link between customers and products. You will ensure exceptional service, timely order processing, and build lasting customer relationships that sustain business growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy; ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
