Job summary

Fallshaw Group is seeking an Internal Sales Representative / Export Coordinator to join our Sunshine North office, showroom and trade counter. The role focuses on quote preparation, following up quotes, lead generation and outbound calls to support our external sales team, while ensuring customers are happy and informed.

You’ll also handle showroom sales and export administration, building product knowledge and delivering proactive service.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone manner and strong listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Comfort selling technical products with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up quotes.
• Lead generation and outbound calls to established customers.
• Arrange visits for external sales reps and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct showroom sales and support product knowledge.
• Manage export administration for export customers.
