Job summary

Erntec is seeking a technically minded Internal Sales Engineer to understand project requirements and develop practical solutions for customers. You will gain exposure to diverse technologies and work with leading global suppliers across Defence, Telecommunications, Energy, Industrial, Medical and Manufacturing sectors.

You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver technically sound quotations and proposals, building SME knowledge across multiple product lines and applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Review drawings, datasheets and RFQ documentation.
• Research products, technologies and application requirements.
• Identify suitable solution options from leading global suppliers.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals.
• Coordinate technical and commercial input from suppliers and internal teams.
• Support customer projects through various stages of the sales process.
• Maintain customer and opportunity information within business systems.
• Build technical knowledge and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of systems, workflows and customer support processes.
