Job summary

Motion Australia is seeking an Internal Sales team member to act as the vital link between customers and products. You will ensure exceptional service, timely order processing, and build lasting customer relationships that sustain business growth.

Qualifications

As an Internal Sales team member, you are the essential connection between our customers and our products.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and priorities workloads
• Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmission considered advantageous
• A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
