Job summary

Motion Australia is seeking an Internal Sales team member to be the essential link between customers and products, ensuring excellent service and timely order processing. The role focuses on building strong relationships and supporting branch operations to help the business thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of bearings/power transmission is advantageous.
• Proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
