Job summary

Motion is seeking a motivated Internal Salesperson for the Dubbo branch to be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product selection, pricing, stock, orders, and deliveries. The role supports branch administration, showroom promotions, and packing tasks as needed.

You will work in a customer‑focused team, with opportunities for skill development through training and clear career growth pathways within a growing APAC business.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our Dubbo branch.

In this varied, hands‑on role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with product selection, pricing, stock, orders, and deliveries. You’ll also assist with branch administration, showroom promotions, and occasional picking and packing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a customer‑focused team player with a practical, solution‑driven approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals

As part of the Internal Sales Team, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager.
