Job summary

SEEK is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our fast-paced sales and customer service environment at Lane Cove NSW. The role suits someone with an administrative background who loves building relationships with customers.

You will handle high volumes of emails and calls, support Account Managers and the Warehouse team, assist walk-in trade customers, and contribute to general sales administration including invoicing and order processing. Monday to Friday day shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years administrative experience.
• Enjoys building customer relationship.
• Experience managing a high-volume inbox.
• Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service.
