Job summary

Ideal Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia, is seeking an Experienced Professional to join our Maroochydore branch as a customer service and sales support specialist in the electrical industry. You will provide excellent service and support, helping customers find the right electrical solutions and guiding projects to successful completion.

The role offers a competitive industry salary, with a 7:30am–4:30pm Monday to Friday schedule and every second Saturday morning (7am–11am) paid at

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Experience in electrical wholesaling or building/construction is highly regarded.
• Motivated and eager to become an expert in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin tasks such as managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.
• Build relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
• Respond to customer queries and make follow-up calls.

Job Description

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Ideal branch in Maroochydore and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

The hours will be 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with an additional Saturday morning every second weekend 7am-11am which will be paid in overtime rates.

A typical day will involve

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensuremargins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-upcalls.

Qualifications

• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
