Job summary

Cyklop Australia is seeking a Customer Service / Internal Sales professional to join our Derrimut team. This full-time on-site role blends customer service, administration and outbound sales, with three national warehouses to support and a strong emphasis on data accuracy.

You will handle invoicing, outbound calls, lead qualification and collaboration with the external sales team, using Pronto ERP and MS Office.

CUSTOMER SERVICE / INTERNAL SALES | DERRIMUT, VIC

Join a growing national business in a varied role combining customer service, administration and outbound sales.

Cyklop Australia is a leading national supplier of industrial packaging consumables, supporting commercial and industrial distributors across Australia with high-quality strapping, steel and tape products.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service / Internal Sales professional to join our close-knit team in Derrimut. This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with no weekend work and on-site parking available.

About the Role

You will play a key role across customer service, administration and outbound sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and releasing customer invoices across our three national warehouses
• Completing accurate data entry using Pronto ERP
• Making outbound calls to targeted industrial and commercial businesses
• Introducing customers to our range of strapping, steel and tape products
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales team
• Responding to inbound customer calls and emails
• Maintaining call lists, sales activity and customer records
• Supporting the wider team with general administration

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role
• Confidence and resilience when making outbound calls and handling rejection
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• The ability to manage high-volume activity while maintaining accuracy
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Pronto ERP or a similar system will be highly regarded
• Experience in packaging, industrial or distribution environments will be advantageous
• Previous cold calling, lead generation or appointment-setting experience will be highly regarded
