Ideal candidates will have proven recruitment experience, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for matching people with opportunities within a fast-moving, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in high-volume, internal or employment services recruitment.
• Excellent presentation skills for group sessions and one-on-one interviews.
• Strong headhunting and proactive sourcing abilities.
• Decisive and professional; able to make recommendations to senior management.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist quality candidates for a variety of roles.
• Facilitate engaging group information sessions to attract and inform candidates.
• Conduct in-depth one-on-one interviews for niche and senior positions.
• Proactively headhunt and build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Make confident recommendations and present top candidates to the General Manager for final interviews.
• Support a positive candidate experience and contribute to a strong team culture.
