Job summary

Recruitly is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join a progressive global services company in a fast-paced, hands-on role. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and support a close-knit team to drive recruitment for unskilled workforces.

You will manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, and help build a strong talent pipeline while delivering timely onboarding and reporting across multiple roles.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive outcomes.
• Experience managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes: ads, screening, pre-employment activities, onboarding documents.
• Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.
• Create a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool.
• Assist with recruitment reporting.
• Handle a variety of roles and ad-hoc recruitment tasks.

The Role

• Manage the high volume end‑end recruitment process for candidates, placing advertisements, screening, pre‑employment activities and onboarding documentation
• Manage interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers
• Establish a best‑in‑class experience to candidates, hiring managers, and other business partners
• Build and maintain a high‑quality talent pool
• Assist with monthly recruitment reporting
• Manage variety of roles
• Other ad‑hoc recruitment activities

Skills and Experience

Ideally you will have 1- 2 + years' experience within either internal or agency recruitment and demonstrated expertise managing high volume end‑end recruitment process. Your ability to build relationships within all levels of an organisation and drive and urgency to deliver business results is essential.
