Internal Recruiter | Construction & Infrastructure

Our client is a growing and highly successful construction and infrastructure business who is looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter to support its expanding operations. With a strong pipeline of work and a number of major projects recently secured, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established family-owned business with annual revenues exceeding $100 million.

About You

• Previous recruitment experience, either agency or internal
• Experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related industries is highly regarded
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Proactive, organised and relationship-driven approach
