Job summary

Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our Burswood team. This high-volume role focuses on sourcing and securing talent across our village services workforce, including Utilities, Housekeepers, Kitchen and Catering, supporting FIFO sites.

You will own end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer, working with hiring managers and leaders in a fast-paced internal environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience
• Full Australian working rights
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of operational roles
• Taking detailed job briefs and developing appropriate recruitment strategies
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and other channels
• Conducting phone screens, interviews and candidate assessments
• Building and maintaining talent pools for ongoing workforce requirements
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment advice
• Managing offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience through to acceptance
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and broader workforce initiatives as required
