VicRoads is seeking a contemporary Internal Communications Advisor for a six‑month max term in Melbourne. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, engaging content and drive actions aligned with our priorities and values.

A hands‑on role blending storytelling with digital tools, including SharePoint and EDM platforms, to reach diverse staff. You’ll lead campaigns, coordinate town halls, manage the intranet, and measure impact while balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal communications and corporate affairs.
• Ability to translate organisational change into clear content.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging content across email, intranet and events.
• Coordinate internal events including town halls and staff activities.
• Lead intranet management on SharePoint to enhance employee experience.
• Develop comm strategies and campaigns with leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Brand and External Communications.
• Deliver end‑to‑end campaigns with targeting, channels, content and evaluation.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report on effectiveness.
• Manage Internal Communications mailbox and on‑call roster.
