Working across a broad range of business areas, you'll partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop content, campaigns and engagement initiatives that inform, inspire and drive action. This is a hands‑on role that blends strong communication expertise with a digital‑first mindset. You'll create compelling content across multiple channels, coordinate major employee engagement activities including town halls, manage and enhance our SharePoint intranet, and provide strategic communications support to senior stakeholders. Success in this role will come from your ability to balance storytelling, stakeholder engagement and campaign delivery with a practical understanding of modern communications tools, channels and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to develop communications strategies, content and campaigns that connect employees to our purpose, strategy, values and key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with People & Culture, Brand and External Communications teams to identify and share relevant content, strengthen employee engagement and promote organisational achievements.
  • Develop and deliver end‑to‑end communication and engagement campaigns, including audience targeting, channel planning, content development, cross‑channel integration and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on communication effectiveness, using engagement metrics and insights to measure impact, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Internal Communications mailbox and contribute to the corporate affairs on‑call roster, providing timely communications support for employee enquiries and business‑critical matters as required.

You are a proactive and adaptable communications professional who can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment, delivering impactful internal communications. Combining exceptional writing and stakeholder engagement skills with a contemporary, digital‑first mindset, you can translate complex information and organisational change into clear, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. You are comfortable partnering with senior leaders, balancing multiple priorities and delivering high‑quality communications, campaigns and events. With strong technical capability across platforms such as SharePoint, email marketing tools and creative design software, you bring a practical, hands‑on approach, creative flair and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences. You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
