Qualifications

• 12+ years progressive internal or external audit or data analytics experience.
• Proven track record deploying AI or advanced analytics in risk, finance, or compliance.
• Experience leading digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
• Prior people leadership with coaching and development focus.
• Agile product ownership experience or certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year AI and analytics roadmap for Internal Audit.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI agents across the audit lifecycle.
• Develop reusable analytics tools, data models, and automated tests.
• Establish CA/CM capability for real-time risk signals.
• Prepare executive-ready deliverables for Audit Committee and C-Suite.
