Trend Windows & Doors is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Account Manager to join our team in Girraween. You will inherit an established customer portfolio and drive sales opportunities across our range of products, focusing on building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, you will re-engage past customers, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or administration is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• You will manage an established customer portfolio and reconnect with previous customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Re-engage previous customers and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare, follow up and convert quotations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Negotiate pricing and terms.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
