Zimmer Biomet is excited to announce that our Summer Internship Program is back for 2026/27.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical technology field, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that directly impact patient care and customer experience.

Location: Belrose, NSW

Tentative Program Dates: 30 November 2026 – 5 March 2027 (12 working weeks)

Remuneration: Paid internship

How You’ll Create Impact

• As an Intern in the Clinical Excellence team you will work on a Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) migration to a new global platform.
• This includes content transfer and restructuring of content and learning pathways for LMS resources such as SCORM files and marketing collaterals.
• You will need to collaborate cross functionally with Clinical Excellence team, Marketing Team, IT Team and regional/global project team.

This internship is designed with university students and early career applicants in mind. It is a chance to put your knowledge into practice, learn how a global medical device company operates and contribute to work that makes a genuine difference to patient outcomes. You will be given a project of your own, with clear objectives and a manager to guide you through it.
