Job summary

Cadence & Co Pty Ltd, a leading design and construction studio in Australia, is seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our team. Work on beautifully crafted high-end residential projects across Sydney and the Southern Highlands, taking projects from concept through to completion with an experienced design and construction group.

You’ll own projects, work directly with clients, and see your designs come to life through our integrated design and construction model.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in interior design or interior architecture.
• Experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Strong documentation and detailing skills.
• Confident working directly with clients.
• Experience coordinating consultants and suppliers.
• Advanced ArchiCAD skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and positive approach.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to the Southern Highlands regularly.

Responsibilities

• Managing interior design projects and packages from concept to completion.
• Developing concepts, presentations and material palettes.
• Producing detailed documentation, schedules and specifications.
• Coordinating consultants, suppliers and trades.
• Presenting design solutions to clients.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work directly with clients, and see your designs come to life through our integrated design and construction model.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with our Design and Construction teams to deliver high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and passionate about residential design.

Ideally you'll have:

• 5-8 years' experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Experience delivering high-end residential projects
• Strong documentation and detailing skills
• Confidence working directly with clients
• Experience coordinating consultants and suppliers
• Advanced ArchiCAD skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative and positive approach

• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel to the Southern Highlands on a regular basis (generally fortnightly, with additional travel as required for projects)
• Full Australian working rights
