Job summary

Core Talent in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a design-led studio working across Hospitality and Residential projects. You will lead the interior design process from concept through to delivery, collaborating with directors, teams, consultants and clients to deliver thoughtful, commercially successful outcomes.

You will own projects through design development, documentation and delivery, producing high-quality presentations and materials while mentoring

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years’ professional experience in Interior Design.
• Strong experience across Hospitality and/or Residential projects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, design-led work.
• Experience working across multiple project stages from concept through to completion; excellent design development and documentation skills.
• Strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join an established and highly regarded architecture and design practice in Sydney CBD. This is an opportunity to join a genuinely design-led studio and work across a portfolio of high-profile, beautifully considered projects, with a strong focus on Hospitality and Residential.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team where design quality is highly valued, and where Senior Designers are given the opportunity to take real ownership of their projects and contribute to the wider creative direction of the studio.

The Role:

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role across the design process, from early concept and design development through to documentation and delivery. You’ll work closely with Directors, project teams, consultants and clients to develop thoughtful, commercially successful design outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the interior design process across a range of exciting projects

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Interior Designer who is ready to take ownership and make an impact.

Ideally, you will have:

• 5-7+ years’ professional experience in Interior Design
• Strong experience across Hospitality and/or Residential projects
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, design-led work
• Experience working across multiple project stages from concept through to completionExcellent design development and documentation skills
