Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an Interior Architect to lead high-end residential projects from concept through to documentation, finishes and completion. You will collaborate with internal Architects, Project Managers and the Construction Delivery team to deliver exceptional homes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and 4–5 years of local experience. Proficiency with SketchUp, Archicad and the Adobe suite is preferred; materials and finishes experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Architecture.
• 4–5 years of experience on local high-end residential projects.
• Proficiency with SketchUp, Archicad and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Experience with materials and finishes selection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client consultations and design meetings.
• Create and present conceptual designs for projects.
• Work with Lead Architect to align design with client and firm principles.
• Produce renders and drawings for approvals.
• Develop FF&E schedules and final documentation for submission.
• Collaborate with suppliers and project teams across the portfolio.
• Contribute to high-end, bespoke residential schemes across Sydney's North Shore & Northern Beaches.
• Assist across a tight-knit team of architects, designers, PMs and delivery staff.

Our client is a D&C firm specialising in delivering high-end, architecturally designed homes to Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches.

About the Role

We are seeking an Interior Architect who is experienced leading high-end residential projects from concept design through to documentation, finishes and completion. You will collaborate directly with their internal Architects, Project Managers and Construction Delivery team to produce exceptional homes.

Duties

• Participate and attend client consultation and design meetings
• Create and present conceptual designs
• Working alongside the Lead Architect to formulate a design that incorporates the meets the client's and architects design principles
• Production of renders and drawings
• Production of FF&E schedules
• Preparation of documentation and final drawings for approval
• Ongoing collaboration with suppliers
• Salary negotiable based on experience
• Work across a portfolio of high-end, bespoke residential projects across Sydney's North Shore & Northern Beaches
• Work closely with a skilled and experienced team teams of architect, designers, project managers and construction delivery team
• Extremely tight-knit team with regular team events
• Flexible working arrangements available across North Sydney and Parramatta locations, with work from home on offer

What You Need

• Bachelors Degree or higher equivalent in Interior Architecture
• Minimum 4-5 years experience as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer working across local high-end residential projects
• Proficiency with SketchUp, Archicad and Adobe suite is preferable
• Prior experience with material and finishes selections will be advantageous
