The Benevolent Society is seeking a Case Manager (Child & Family Practitioner) to engage with at‑risk families, undertake initial assessments and develop plans to support children to live safely at home. You will work within a strengths‑based framework and coordinate with protection services to reduce risk.

Formación

• Two years’ relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent understanding of child protection issues and client vulnerabilities such as drug/alcohol use, DV, mental health, and trauma impact.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with child protection and community services to enhance safety and family functioning at home.
• Assess family needs using common assessment tools, tailoring in-home support to increase capacity and reduce risk.
• Engage clients of all ages during assessment, developing, implementing and reviewing client plans with a focus on strengths and risk reduction.
• Coordinate with various service providers to ensure comprehensive support and access to necessary resources.
• Join a dynamic team of specialists delivering a comprehensive support service prioritizing child safety.
