Job summary

The Benevolent Society is seeking a Case Manager (Child & Family Practitioner) for our Intensive Family Support program in Loganholme. You will engage with at‑risk families, conduct assessments, build plans and coordinate with partner services to keep children safe at home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services.
• Two years’ relevant experience in child protection or family services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage and provide intensive support to at‑risk families to improve parenting and safety.
• Undertake initial assessments and develop case plans with a strengths-based approach.
• Coordinate with child protection and community services to ensure holistic support.
• Collaborate with service providers to connect families with needed resources.
• Monitor and review client plans, adjusting as needed to reduce risk.
