About the role

You will engage with families through regular home visits, undertake thoughtful assessments, develop achievable and family-led plans, and coordinate practical, therapeutic and community supports. Alongside advocacy and collaboration with other services, you’ll be part of a passionate, growing team shaping a new Families Together program locally, contributing your ideas, expertise and values while being supported to do your best work in a role that is both professionally rewarding and deeply fulfilling.
