The Opportunity

As the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing integrated schedules across multiple workstreams. You'll work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to drive alignment, visibility, and successful program outcomes.

The Master Scheduler will support a number of key strategic programs, with a strong focus on AU and NZ Integration initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact program environment, working across complex delivery streams and playing a critical role in ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution.

How will you make an impact?
  • Partner closely with Product Owners and delivery leads on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program schedules
  • Provide ongoing delivery schedule reporting and insights
  • Identify, manage, and report on interdependencies across workstreams
  • Create detailed release run-sheets for implementations and dress rehearsals
  • Ensure schedule accuracy, alignment, and readiness across all phases of delivery
About you

You're a highly organised and detail-oriented Master Scheduler who thrives in complex program environments. You bring strong planning expertise, a structured and analytical approach, and the ability to build trusted relationships across delivery teams. You're confident working with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment across workstreams, and driving clarity in fast-paced, evolving programs.

  • Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Project, JIRA, Excel
  • Proven experience working on large, complex programs or transformations
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
