Job summary

Professional Search Group is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Perth-based PMO for an 8-month contract, managing the Integrated Master Schedule across sub-programs and vendor commitments.

You will own the schedule, ensure baselines, translate priorities into work sequencing, and provide evidence for leadership decisions. Strong MS Project or Primavera P6 skills and stakeholder collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler/PMO Scheduler on multi-project programs.
• Strong ability to build and maintain integrated master schedules and baselines.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Ability to identify critical paths, float, and schedule risks.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule across sub-programs and vendors.
• Integrate vendor and project schedules into a single reliable view.
• Identify critical paths, float, constraints and interfaces.
• Run schedule quality checks and facilitate reviews.
• Produce look-aheads, variance reports and recovery scenarios.
• Ensure change traceability and explain schedule movements.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide inputs to governance dashboards and assurance reporting.
• Comply with ICT policies and information management standards.
