Anglicare Victoria is seeking a Practitioner for The Orange Door, delivering intake, assessment and brief intervention primarily via phone. You will conduct risk and needs assessments, develop safety plans, and engage vulnerable families.

You will work within an integrated model, collaborating with child wellbeing and family violence teams, and uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice. Based in Croydon, with 9am–5pm hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degrees, Graduate Certificates, and Master’s Degrees are required to work at The Orange Door.
• If you hold a Diploma, you will need to complete further study within the next 10 years.

Responsabilidades

• Handling intake, assessment and brief intervention primarily via phone.
• Conduct risk and needs assessments and develop safety plans.
• Engage with vulnerable children, young people and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate responses.
• Navigate legislative and policy frameworks to inform planning.
