Anglicare Victoria is seeking a Practitioner for The Orange Door Frankston to support child wellbeing through an integrated practice framework. You will conduct risk assessments, provide initial responses, engage vulnerable families, and coordinate referrals within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice and collaboration across agencies, with a 9am–5pm schedule in a fixed-term contract until January 2028.

Competenze

• Mandatory MMQ (Minimum Mandatory Qualifications) required.
• Bachelor’s degrees, Graduate Certificates, and Master’s Degrees are required.
• Diploma holders must complete further study within 10 years.

Mansioni

• Screening and triage, assessment, crisis responses, service planning, targeted interventions.
• Allocation of services and coordination of referrals; collaborate with Hub team for risk assessment and planning; participate in case conferences.
