The people we support want one thing: to stay in their own homes, living the life they’ve built. Making that possible at scale takes exceptional leadership — and that’s this role.
As Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll hold senior accountability across Kanda’s Support at Home and In-Home Nursing programs — driving service quality, clinical governance, financial performance and the capability of the people delivering care on the ground. It’s a role that sits at the intersection of clinical leadership, operational excellence and business growth, and the decisions you make ripple out into the lives of clients every single day.
What you’ll be doing
- Coaching, developing and motivating a high-performing workforce while identifying high-potential people and strengthening succession planning
- Building a culture consistent with Kanda’s values — client-focused, learning-oriented and built on accountability
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards, overseeing incident and complaint management and contributing to Kanda’s clinical governance framework
- Developing care teams matched to individual client needs to deliver continuity of care and reduce field staff turnover
- Ensuring efficient rostering and recruitment, monitoring costs and performance and developing strategies to address overruns promptly
- Delivering on budgets and targets across defined regions and funding programs, and leading plans to grow market share across HITH, PAC, Support at Home and In-Home Nursing
- Acting on client feedback, managing concerns and contributing to marketing, communications and sector viability assessments
