Job summary

Aon Inpoint in Asia Pacific seeks a Senior Associate located in Sydney to support senior Aon Inpoint stakeholders, delivering value to clients in the (re)insurance space and shaping strategic initiatives.

You will conduct market research, financial analysis and data modelling to inform recommendations, prepare insights for clients, and collaborate with trading partners and internal teams to advance strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in (re)insurance or financial services.
• Graduate degree in business, finance or equivalent.
• Experience working in management consulting, (re)insurance or financial services will be viewed advantageously.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Leaders in delivering relationship management and engagement services and in driving long‑term initiatives between (re)insurers and the Aon Group.
• Support specific aspects of the client relationship alongside other Aon colleagues.
• Support sales efforts by conducting research on various markets and players and by preparing sales pitches.
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of Aon Inpoint’s Data and Analytics environment in APAC and aligning this to global standards.
• Work alongside consulting colleagues to make meaningful contributions to consulting projects to help (re)insurers define and achieve their strategic goals.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis and data modelling to inform strategic recommendations to clients.
• Actively contribute to the production of reports and other client deliverables.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, at every level of the organization.
• Develop your internal network to connect with Aon’s market practitioners as required by client‑focused activity and Aon United initiatives
