Resources Group is hiring an Associate Insights Director in Sydney to lead quantitative research programs across custom and syndicated work for senior clients in wealth, super and insurance. You will design robust studies, sign off analyses, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives and media audiences.

You’ll be shaping thought leadership, expanding revenue through innovative packaging and pricing, and coaching a cross-border team, with a global footprint and client

Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years in market research, ideally agency or consultancy.
• Strong quant skills: survey design, sampling, weighting, segmentation, market sizing.
• Confident, polished presentation skills with senior audiences.
• Sharp writing that leads with the insight.

Responsabilités

• Lead quant programs: Custom and syndicated from brief to final presentation.
• Own the quality: Design robust studies and sign off analysis before marketing to client.
• Find the 'so what': Turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Command the room: Present to executive teams and industry audiences.
• Be the voice: Write and front reports, articles, webinars and conference sessions.
• Grow the business: Spot opportunities and shape proposals and pricing.
• Develop people: Coach researchers onshore and offshore teams.
• Lead on AI: Shape how the team uses AI in analysis and reporting.
